Invalid Price or Context Busy error

In recent days, some of the clients has reported that while trading they face the errors such as Invalid Price or Context Busy.
Since these errors occur on client’s side, we do not receive any reports of those errors.

Minimum withdraw amount for credit card method

The minimum amount of withdrawal with credit card method is set to 10$ recently.
So clients won’t be able to request less than 10$ as a withdraw.

Notification for Liberty Reserve Clients

Dear Clients,
Unfortunately the electronic payment system Liberty Reserve is currently unavailable due to reasons that are still unclear. Therefore this method will be unavailable for Deposit or Withdrawal operations from 05/24/2013 till unknown time.
In this process we lost huge amount of our resources and we are waiting for a logical responses from Liberty Reserves company. In other words we are commitment to our clients.
In the case , board decision is announced to pay by PayPal method and the reason of this decision based on board announcement is it’s safety and liquidity.
So respectful clients ,who used Liberty Reserve in order to deposit before and their balance is more than 200$ and less than 10,000$, can withdraw funds via the PayPal.
The other clients who their balance is less than 200$, must wait for Liberty Reserve company state or they can deposit via their verified PayPal and increase account’s balance to more than 200$. After that they can request to withdraw their balance via PayPal after at least 0.02 Lot trading for each “One LR Dollar” . (To release remained LR balance)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
For withdrawals to be possible, FXGlory account holder’s name must be the same as PayPal account holder’s name and also his/her PayPal account must be verified.

New rules in new year

Our swap rules has been changed in 2013/01/01:
- Misusing of broker’s swap free condition is forbidden in any way. As an example hedging with another broker in order to controlling trade risks and gain net swap in another broker is forbidden.
- To keep trading orders open more than 7 days with the volume of more than 1 lot will include swap rule, and according to the decision of the broker, this rule will apply.

1. FxGlory brokerage Christmas holiday hours are as follow:
- Trade will be stopped on 24th December at 8 p.m. by terminal time (GMT +2)
- Trade will be opened on 26th December at 9 a.m. by terminal time (GMT +2)
- Trade will be stopped on 31st December at 8 p.m. by terminal time (GMT +2)
- Trade will be opened on 2nd January at 9 a.m. by terminal time (GMT +2)
2. At ending days of the year, the bank trades’ volume are low and because of that the spread will increase. Before opening any trade pay attention to the the spread of any currency pair.
