Change Institute was founded in 2008 to help inform and inspire folks to live better, lighter and happier lives through fresh + effective weight loss and smoking cessation programs.

It’s a fact that obesity and smoking are the two leading causes of death in America; both of which are completely preventable, so we knew we had to do something about it.

Our Change Institute team, led by Founders Brad and Scott Lamm, work with clients on structured food and weight-loss programs that not only help our clients change what and how they eat – but why they eat, as well.  Starting with the attainable goal of losing JUST 10 Lbs, the program is a holistic and healthy way to lose weight, drawing on Brad and Scott’s own battles (and victories) with food and disordered eating.

As part of Change Institute, we also provide a growing virtual community center, a place to gather and discuss the importance of embracing change and taking control of your life while utilizing the latest technologies to get people connected in powerful new ways.  These weekly meetings are free for all and can be effective for many people, particularly those in the beginning stages of change when they might be too timid to venture into conventional support groups and weight loss programs.

Whether virtual, or under the guidance and care of a Change Coach and personalized program, the movement of change takes place right where you’re at.  Our ultimate goal is to help you get to work to becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be. It all starts with taking the first action.

Let us show you how.
