If you get a note like this from this guy, ignore it. Delete it. If you ask what his daughter likes, he'll try sending you a very suspicious folder with random art in it, as well as a virus.
Please spread this around because someone who doesn't know any better can really wind up getting screwed over. Thank you!

Remember when I said that SnK is becoming the new Hetalia in da hood?

You know I was right.

Not only all the Hetalia modellers are slowly becoming SnK modellers.

Not only Hetalia videos on NND are replaced with SnK videos.

Not only silly OCs are created to SnK like it was with Hetalia.

But now also people spam with it as much as it was with Hetalia.

Now, don't get me wrong.

I watch SnK and I like this shit.

But now people use new Armin just because famous Roco made it.

When Kanaha made Berthold or Setsunagao made Levi and Eren, there were very few pictures on dA.

Most of them not very worth looking at.

And now bam. Roco released Armin.

I adore this precious fucker, but calm down.

I even saw someone posting a picture with him and declaring that they don't even like SnK.

MMD basically ruined Hetalia for me.

I have a feeling the same will happen with SnK very soon.

The only thing I like about SnK models so far is that someone went through the effort of actually making the 3D gear and was kind enough to share that.
As for character models, I've already seen some videos/pictures, but they haven't really ruined SnK for me yet. And I'm hoping it stays that way and I don't stray into the bad side of it.

Frankly, I tried reading that, but I broke within the first 5/6 chapters; what's with this unneccessary deaths and gore ? and what's with that "Eren can transform into a giant" stuff ? (more power for those who like still, but I don't see what's up that much with this manga)

Which makes me despise even more Japanese Modelers like that, because it's like tokusatsu I love so much: It's never exported outside of Asia, and even if we can watch it (be in subtitles or raw), we're stuffed with copyright rules even though theses shows are about selling toys and audience is the least of their problems.

In that sense, while they're not that wrong about the english community about rules, I do hope there's shit-tons of badly-recolored Aot or Hetalia japanese models to learn that the english community is not the only with it's flaws... And then maybe they'll change up their minds. ( mind you, lots of japanese modelers are awesome for putting liberty to their models, but I can't stand those who are "bitch, I'm a japanese modeler on a popular topic, kneel before me and sing my awesomeness to the world and maybe i'll give you my treasure" )

Sorry for venting, but even after a year-hiatus, things never changed (or got arguably worse).
