No, not a set up to a really bad joke. A bear really does walk into a bar. Here at Lonigan's, an Irish bar in Colorado, a black bear just wandered right in through the back door.

Customers apparently didn't even notice the 6-foot, 300-pound animal. The pub's owner also didn't realise until he looked at the CCTV the next morning. Bears aren't uncommon in the area, with the pub being near the Rocky Mountain National Park.
