Some people here follow the terms of use of their fellow western MMD "modelers/editors" (Dr. Frankenstein in fact), but they won't listen to the requests of Japanese modelers who spent much more effort and time for their models.

THOSE RUDE PEOPLE HERE ARE THE REAL RACISTS.

I'm sorry but I see no connection between racism and the fact that some western MMD-ers don't respect rules.

Racism and Not respecting the rules are two completely different things.
Plus if someone is so mean as to not respect rules they won't respect neither the western nor the japanese rules of the modelers.

And for your information with all due respect there are many western MMD-ers here who make their own models and even model parts by them selves. Such as DigitrevX Who's here on Deviant Art...

Sorry I just happened to find your gallery and noticed this journal, just wanted to speak my mind that's all.
Your art is cute...

This journal is basically to the rude people who calls Japanese modelers racist or selfish in an attempt to spread the "MMD is freeware so models should be free too" or "You can do anything with MMD" lies.

Truth is Japanese modelers aren't racist, but some rules are kind of unfair, such as not allowing a model to be used on western places and ask for the picture of the model to be removed if seen in western websites, that is a bit rude...

The pictures of the model is usually seen as violating rules such as nudity, porn, or editing when it isn't allowed. What's wrong with saying, "I'm sorry but I do not allow for this sort of work to be published. Can you please take it down?" This isn't rude at all.

What's rude is that the person doing it practically flames them, calls them racist and refuse to take it down because they think they can do whatever they want. Or they say sure I will! And leave it up and never take it down.

Some modellers don't allow foreigners to download their works. Why? Because a lot, not all, but a lot, of foreigners has broken their rules and disrespected their rights as the original creator. It didn't just happen overnight, it led up to that.

And others who are new modellers are SCARED of foreigners who would never listen to their wishes.

And if you were able to get a model through proper legal means, it doesn't mean you can't use it in places such as DA or youtube. They allow it, it's only if you're planning on breaking the rules in the work that it becomes a problem. Porn, redistribution, anything that goes against the readme is the issue.

So, why do people keep yelling racist, racist, when they never bother to understand the other person's point of view, or even bother to see that they cause the problem by encouraging behavior which the modeller doesn't like? THAT is what is rude and it's offensive because true racism is terrible and different, which you know.

Yes I am already aware of that fact that the modelers want to protect their work,
and I am most against braking the rules and using models for porn.

Also many japanese modelers probably aren't even aware all these rule brakers are kids and teens, not grown responsible people, I assure you most of these people are at a young age and those who made pornographic work are just simply perverted.

I can simply not stand looking at a model being used in a bad way and see a modelers work go to waste in the hands of someone who doesn't appreciate that work. 3D modeling isn't easy I don't know how to make models, but I have witnessed people do it in real life and it really takes time and attention.

It is so true that there are many people who just don't want to respect the rules, but also ones that do it unintentionally.
Yes it is not rude to ask someone to remove a work that brakes rules.

But rule brakers are everywhere such as the Japanese user who used Yamamotos Teto in pornographic work, such as many other users everywhere! Rule braking can't be stop, there's always someone new to brake the rules, someone new who will redistribute illegally! And I am sure the modelers are aware of that and decide to take the risk in hopes people will respect the rules, which is so sad, and even I am afraid to post an edit (even though I make very few) and I am afraid someone will misuse them! So I can also feel their concern...

What makes me very furious is when a user brakes rules and makes an illegal model, and in the end they ask others to respect their rules. It's so ironic!

Um, why would a representative of TDA would act THIS immature again?
Oh and another thing, why would you ban me if I didn't do anything wrong? And I didn't even USE a single TDA model, much less edit models.
You're basically just here to report all MMD users on dA.

I've never understood that either really.  Some people obey popular editors on this website but then act like actual modelers are pretentious stuck up bad guys.

Every community has their delinquents. We should introduce something that benefits the legitimate ones but leaves out the bad guys.

Hahaha. It's mostly because the majority of the people in the Western MMD community are under the age of 14 and don't understand what copyrights are or have any grasp of artist's rights

Not everyone of course....just a lot of them...
