How to set up famicom japan?

This sounds like a dumb question a really dumb question. I'm going to get the famicom family computer...and it gives me the option of getting off buying the 100V Original Ac Adapter:
Original RF video cable:
Famciom AV RCA output modificati
so which one or which of these should i get?

I don't really know how to set it up so could you give me some help?

100V Original Ac Adapter: This is power cable. You can't play without this.
Original RF video cable: This is a sort of extension cable.
Famciom AV RCA output modificati: I can't find what it is.

Anyway, there is more than 1 version of Famicon. You need to tell us more as to which one you are going to buy, or there is no accurate answer.
