Mexico stock exchange suspends trading for second time

MEXICO CITY, July 19 (Reuters) - Mexico's stock exchange suspended trading for a second time on Friday.

The second suspension came only seconds after trading resumed following a stoppage that lasted about 40 minutes. There was no further information on the reasons for the suspensions in brief messages from the exchange.

The IPC stock index was down 0.88 percet at 39,891 points when trading was halted the second time.
