Tragedy in Ohio, after a wing-walking stuntwoman and her pilot were killed when their plane crashed.

Organisers of this year's Veteran Air Show in Dayton said the pair died while the wing-walker was hanging from underneath the plane's wing. With many witnesses saying the aircraft didn't have enough speed and appeared to stall. Officials from the Federal Aviation Administration are now investigating the causes of the crash.
