アハハハハハ、分かったかい？ タイトルは「２１世紀の偉大な州立大学」となっているが、その意味することは内容を読めばわかるだろう。検索してチョット出てきたものを「ウレチ～」と、思い付きで出しても、出るのはお前のくせー屁だけだ。

要約すれば、フィリピン大学は既にユニークな州立大学ではない。
ＳＵＣの間でもプレミアに位置する国立大学であることを宣言している。

阿呆は一分だけを出して「ほら、ここに…！」と言いたいのであろうが、貴様の出した文章はＵＰＣＡＴ、つまりUPに入学するためのCollege Admission Test、つまり入学試験の案内文の一分である。

ではＵＰＣＡＴの具体的な説明はどうか？というと、ここにある。

screened based on the choice of campuses. The top-ranking applicants,
based on the quota and cut-off grade set by each campus, will qualify.
Entry into UP Diliman or UP Manila tends to be competitive because
these campuses are chosen by more applicants. If you qualify for your

つまりこれによれば、フィリピン大学のお受験には２種類の学部をチョイスすることが出来るとある。第一志望のキャンパスで不合格になった場合は、第二志望の異なるキャンパスに自動的に入学できるということだ。ここでは「人気のある大学はデリマンとマニラ分校である。テストの結果が悪ければ他の第二志望の分校へ自動的に配分する」とある。
では第一志望、第二志望で不合格になった場合はどうするのか？ 日本のようにそれで終わりか？また来年か？ そうではない。
WHAT IF I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A CAMPUS?
If you do not qualify to any of your campus choices, you have several
options:
FIRST: You can try other UP campuses if:
1 your rating is within their posted cut-off, and
2 they still have available slots.
まだ他の分校に空席がある場合は入学できると書いてある。ま、一つの文章を挙げてstateと書いてあると反抗したところで、それは一校を取り上げた場合のことである。
何回も言っているようにフィリピン大学は総合大学であり、７校を束ね構築されているのだ。正確には「国立フィリピン総合大学」というのがよいだろう。いづれにせよ、７校を統合し「フィリピン大学は国立大学である」と政府が宣言しているのだよ。

要するに通りすがり君が言っておるよう、豚作の国立大学の証明が不可能であるから、いつ、いつまでも～～♯♭、フィリピン大学に関係する資料からＳＴＡＴＥの文字を１年半も探しつづけ、シガミツキ＾ｍ＾、The Bataan Peninsula State Univ.を「国立大と認めてホチーな、認めて～＾ｍ＾」と不可能な夢を、追い求めているということだね。ｵﾎﾎ ｵﾎﾎ ｱﾎﾎ
