High-speed precision automatic pressing machine

This machine is an ultra high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-precision automatic pressing machine. Main features of the machine are a special balancing mechanism and a standard-equipped high-performance feeding machine, to reduce vibration from the machine even when operating at high speeds, and still achieve fast, yet highly accurate shearing and pressing processes which meet the highest JIS standard levels.

This automatic pressing machine is capable of a wide variety of operations such as precise mirror-finish and high-speed shearing (into ultrashort lengths) of extra fine wires made of silver tungsten, copper tungsten, gold, silver, and other materials; high-speed precision shearing of small-diameter needle bearings, irregular-shaped pins, round bars and round wires; high-speed simultaneous coining and shearing processes; and high-speed precision pressing operations of hoop material.
