From Aussie!

オーストラリアのテレビは多分１０チャンネルある。（うちのテレビだけかもしれないけど）日本は８チャンネルぐらい？カナダは６０とか衛星だと２００とかみたいだけど。入ってる番組はカナダ、アメリカとそっくり。アメリカの刑事もの、Law & Order　とかERとかもあれば、今はやりのリアリティーショーのBiggest Looserとかも入ってるし。これは今回はオーストラリア版だけど、トレーナーもアメリカの番組の人達。コメディーの番組もアメリカのSex and the Cityとか、クイズ番組も同じような番組がある。日本のアニメも入ってるみたいだよ。もちろん、英語の吹き替えで。今の所、オーストラリアオリジナル（？）って感じの番組は見つけてない。オーストラリア人に聞いてみよう。カナダはほとんどがアメリカの番組だったけど、オーストラリアもそうなんだねー。世界各国、アメリカかぶれですね。日本でもミリオネアとか、フレンズとかやってるし。

I think we have about 10 channels here in Australia. (It could be just my TV but.) In Canada, the basic cable is about 60? Satellite 200 and more, in Japan about 8 channels I think. Anyway, the TV programs here are almost identical to Canada and the US. Law & Order, ER, the famous reality shows, etc. Right now they have the Australian Biggest Looser on with the same trainers from the one in US. Comedies, like Sex and the City, and even quiz shows are the same. Apparently, Japanese Animation is on as well, of course dubbed. So far, I haven’t really found an original Australian TV program. I better ask some Aussies about this. In Canada, pretty much all the TV programs or American, but I guess Australia is too. We are so Americanized everywhere in the world. Japan TV has Millionaire and Friends also.


カナダの伯母が大好きな番組Wheel of Fortuneもやっています。司会者等はオーストラリア人だけど、番組そのもののルール等はアメリカと一緒です。
One of my aunt's favourite TV program Wheel of Fortune is on here as well. The MC and the contestant are Australian but pretty much the same show, same rules.





そして、この前適当にテレビを見ていたらこんなのを見つけました。
As I was flipping the other day, I found this.



二組の家族が対決する番組。住民に質問して、その答えを当てる。
Two families compete against each other. They asked questions to the population about a topic, and the contestants have to guess what the answers were.

やっぱり、１００人に聞きました？司会者はさすがに関口さんじゃないけど、間違いない。
なんか、久しぶりでおかしくて、１０分ぐらい見てしまった。
It's totally "We asked 100 people" I actually don't know the English title of this program but it was on in Japan and I got excited I actually watched it for 10 minutes.

さすがにオーストラリア版は答えがなかった時に×印のついたマスクをつけることはありませんでした。
懐かしくない？昔、カナダでもはいってたような・・・
They didn’t have the little mask with the "x" on for when you made a mistake here in Australia. It was on TV in Canada too I think.........

この番組は日本のオリジナル？それともアメリカ？オーストラリア？
I wonder if this program is Japanese? or American? Australian?
