Private room in a small non smoking apartment compatible for someone whose lifestyle, like mine, involves being elsewhere a lot of the time. It's a comfortable space with a shared full bath (tub/shower) and a full kitchen. It's just small. A place to prepare and ENJOY meals, RELAX in the bath, sleep near the ENERGY of the ocean and chill and RENEW but not much for spreading out/hanging out. You would definitely get cabin fever if you don't have other places to be and things to do. Three blocks to town, bus, Embarcadero. Bicycle or Trolley to beach. Ten minutes to Questa, fifteen to Poly. Though small, nice feel to the space as it is"old MB", upstairs, has a lot of light and a "view" of the bay/rock. Community GARDEN!

I am a young older person : ), vegetarian (you don't have to be), responsible, considerate, conscientious, very clean; quiet but friendly, social but enjoy my solitude and space too. I typically work in the evening and when I get home late, ten or eleven o'clock, I'm looking for quiet, a bath and to fall asleep reading a book. : )

Ideal for a college student or someone like myself, either one, of like characteristics. Two people sharing the room is an option as well. (rent negotiable) Male OR female, must be a NON SMOKER.

$550 mo includes certain utilities/month to month rental agreement. First rent and deposit required. No pets.
