This unit has to be one of the least-used CPP-2's existent.

I bought it in 1998 form the Used Equipment Department at Adolph Gasser's in San Francisco. That department was in the basement of the 2nd Street store - where professional film and all things darkroom were sold. I was there to pick up more paper.
I had bought a CPE-2 in 1988 and used it extensively in the next few years. Like everyone who used a Jobo processor for color, I was hooked.
By the mid-90's I started to get interested in large format. I bought a 2509n kit, but, after research, realized that I would want a 3010. I had just picked up my first 4x5 when I spotted this unit.
I was told that the original owner had bought it a few months earlier to process film, and was so impressed he traded it in for an ATL1000.
Notice the complete lack of staining on the beakers and bottles - this is a clean unit.
I took it home, sold my CPE-2 on ebay, and got ready for some serious work.

What actually happend was I installed cogs on my print drums and ran off fewer than 100 8x10's. I still have some shots form 1999 I never got to processing. I used Ilfochrome. 'nuff said - the price became astronomical, and I don't use a Jobo for B/W. I wrapped it in plastic and it sat in the basement. I became disabled in 2005 and moved to Sacramento in 2008.

I will never set up another darkroom, so this unit needs to find a new home.

My Paterson color thermometer broke during transport; the new one form B&H arrived on 5/28.

The unit still holds temp, the motor and pump speeds function.

Included are the 2830 and unused processor cleaner shown, as well as the original processor instructions, the lift instructions, and the lift installation instructions.

I have a CPA-2 with the remains of the earlier style lift I acquired for parts. I is available to the CPP-2 buyer for an additional $100. It is missing the bottom three switches. When acquired, the pump, drive, heater worked. Do not remeber if anything was wrong with the unit, or just the lift. It still has it's magnet if one wishes to try to resurrect it.
If the CPP-2 buyer does not want it, it will be available seperately for $125. It will not be sold untill the CPP-2 is.

I will be selling off a great deal of photo equipment in the near future - If you have or want a darkroom (lots of Jobo!) or shoot Sony Alpha, drop me a line.

As I am nocturnal and do not do text, please email.

I am a serious seller; please be a serious buyer. I have been on ebay since 1999, and CL since 2007 - I have seen the scams - please don't waste your time or mine.
Thanks.
