こちらは現在100万以上のHIT数を誇る大人気ブログです。
主な内容は「フォトフィギュアストーリー」として
既存の版権アクションフィギュアや怪獣ソフビを使って
物語を作っていくブログ形式なのですが
このブログのフォトストーリーシリーズ『飛び出せ！宙マン』物語の内部に於いて
既存の映像作品のキャプチュア画像をそのまま使用して
様々な企業が版権を持つ古今東西のヒーローの映像静止画像を、キャプしたそのまま
自作の人形絵物語の脇役シーンとして隷属させて使用していることが判明しました。
確かに既存版権映像や資料でも、著作権法上の引用を満たす条件であったり
使用に関してしっかりとした契約を結んだ事であれば問題はありませんが
この件の場合「他社が権利を貸与してくれた」と申し開きが出来ると思えません。
また、前者であれば、引用した作品画像に対する評論や感想が書かれていなければならず
後者であれば、しっかりと権利元の著作権マークが印字されてなければならない筈です。
また、常識的に考えて。下記のような画像の使用形態を版権元が許すとは思えないので
皆さんの協力やご助力をよろしくお願いしたと思います。
下記各社へのご質問、ご問い合わせの際には
「・上記サイトURL下記記事URLを提示」の上
各社ごとに。下記で揚げたURL列を列記しして
「・無断盗用の可能性のある画像を指示して
それらが各版権元の許可の上に掲載が許されたのか？」
「・仮に無断盗用であったとして、各版権元はその行為を許容するのか？」
「・許容した場合、このブログ主をはじめとして
二次、三次被害は免れないが構わないのか？」
「・知らない人が見れば、ウルトラマンや戦隊ヒーローやスターウォーズが
この『飛び出せ！宙マン』のサブキャラとして認知される事になるのだが
それを踏まえた上で放置という事は
ネット上での映像キャプ画像の使用は自由なのか？」
この５点を問いただしていただけますでしょうか？
（各社に対しては、各社窓口に対して、当該社版権画像についてのみURLを列挙してください。
基本的に各社とも、他社の著作権違反に関しては何かコメントする立場にはありません。
ただ、口頭や文末において「他社画像も数十枚が盗用されている可能性がある」と
言及することは有効だと思います。
