CCTV footage shows the moment controversial ex-councillor Brian Coleman attacked a cafe owner.

Helen Michael tried to film the former Tory breaking parking rules outside her cafe in North London when he lunged for her phone, injuring her wrists and scratching her.

He has pleaded guilty to assault and the self-confessed king of bling has been ordered to pay over £1,000 in fines.
