I apologize that your experience with me was less than favorable. We strive to be honest with our clients and if it is not a good time for them to buy we let them know. It is important to me that I guide my clients in making smart investment decisions and not spend every cent they have.

Again, I apologize that it did not work out. I have not blamed anything on you, just your current financial situation. We go out of our way for our clients and explore every angle possible. We've come through many times when others were not able to. But, we can not work miracles. In fact, you were referred to us by another Realtor, from a different brokerage, who could not help you either. Everything that happens in life creates a lesson to be learned. Bought a home in 2013.
We went through a couple agents before we found Karen. She was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. She showed us houses in the areas we were looking and our price range.Some agents don't really listen to what you want and show you what they like. Karen really paid attention to our desires and we found our dream home in no time. She really knew the area and what houses should be selling for. Karen is excellent to work with when looking for a new home. I was undecided on buying or renting, and she took the time to walk me through both options, show me as many homes as I needed to see, and negotiate out the best deal for me. she cannot imagine situation and environment clients are in. she cannot come up with alternatives when one way does not work. she cannot feel apologetic for her mistake/unsuitable behavior and attribute those to clients.
I have experiences with other agents but never seen anyone as horrible as her. not only lacking of skills as agent, but also basic interpersonal skill required to work in client service industry.
I do not want to leave even one star for each category.

She is making really bad excuse…the reason they stopped communicating with me was not of their professional judgment, but just overlooking of important information, lack of skill to come up with alternatives etc.. And, she is extremely far from being honest…she shamelessly blame thing caused by her onto client, with almost-curse words on the phone.
Again, the reason they did not communicate with me in effective manner was not of their professional judgment, but just because of “lack of skills”, in every meaning…if they insist that they stopped communicating with me by their professional judgment, what is their value??? They were provided with alternative way by client, a person outside of real estate industry, and all of those alternatives would have work if they had accepted.
(Alternatives i suggested to her were based on very basic of client service, which i received from all kinds of professional people, e.g. legal, recruiting etc. and of course, real estate agents I have talked with in my life.)…More Less
