Abstract:

Chemistry, like all science and technology, has become a global enterprise. Many developing countries are investing in S&T and the amount of research being performed outside of Europe and North America is growing rapidly. This talk will address the challenges and opportunities this growth brings to the U.S. and the American Chemical Society.
