To compare between the cities in the country as big and diverse as the United States would be pure blasphemy. However, if you’re one of the eager tourists, you will imminently need to know which cities to visit. After all, no matter how much we would like to, we don’t have all the time of this world for a simple vacation. This is why there has to be a selection, as while it is true that it’s very difficult to choose just a few cities in the country such as the US, in this article will make the selection of cities you simply have to visit on both coasts. If you’re have the time, of course.

New York

It has seemed now for ages that everything begins and ends with this city, the Big Apple. New York is, without a doubt, one of the most vibrant, exciting, and unique cities this side of the universe. With over 20 million inhabitants, over 1 million cabs, and tens of thousands of bars and clubs, is a must-see for everyone who’s enver been to a major metropolis.

Los Angeles

It is, indeed, a lot different to New York anyways, of Los Angeles just as big a metropolis of New York is, simply in its own right. The city of Angels is the center of the film industry, full of sunshine, Starbucks, and celebrity. Too add to all the glitz and glamour, there is also the Pacific Ocean and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Throughout the year Los Angeles is sunny and welcomes tourists, so make sure you don’t miss visiting this completely idiosyncratic town on the Pacific rim.

Boston

If there is one city in the US that fully represents Europe, then it is certainly Boston. Built to resemble major European cities, it now has over a couple centuries of its unique, interesting history. It is also one of the greatest college towns in the entire world, being home to tens of colleges, one of them Harvard.  Boston also happens to be really cheap when compared with a city like New York. This makes it all the more compelling. Well, this and the fact that it has really great public transportation, and people can also walk across town, a rare commodity in United States.

Miami

If Los Angeles represents the West Coast when it comes to surfing, beaches, sun and fun, Miami does the same for the East Coast. One of the most vibrant cities situated by the Atlantic Ocean, Miami is one of the towns that never sleep. It is also cheaper than Los Angeles and more accessible for tourists who are traveling from Europe. In fact, the plane tickets to Florida can be almost twice as cheap as those to the West Coast.

San Francisco

Resembling a small European town such as Amsterdam, San Francisco is truly a gem of culture, diversity, and fun for all generations. If you happen to go to the West Coast, make sure you go there.

The US really is a promised land for many and the same goes for vacations, in a way. It is just such a big and diverse country, it offers something for everyone in the most literal sense of the word. If you want to ski in the mountains or [...] Continue Reading…
