Where to find and access Google Chrome temporary internet cache folder/files?

Where can I find the files and data that have been loaded & accessed by Google’s Chrome browser?

With Microsoft Internet Explorer, I would typical just go into the “temporary internet files” folder and have access to all that was seen & heard while surfing the web with IE (albeit those files given one generic file type, not their actual file extension, and using file gibberish alphanumeric file names).

IE made it handy and easy to save files accessed on the web (like streaming media .flv, mp3, .rm, etc) and I’d like that same convenience now that I’m a Chrome user.

Also, with IE, I can set the size of the disk space I want allocated to hold those temp internet files & set the number of days (of the history). Where and how can I find and access that on the Chrome browser?

Thanks

actually there are three ways-
1. FOR VISTA USERS go to C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrom… Data\Default\Cache then if you want to save a video or audio file, arrange files in a detailed list and sort them in descending order by file size... usual videos are larger than audio files but not always... them copy or move the largest files somewhere in to a folder, now you change the file extension to .flv (this is used for audio or video files in online flash players. You may found that some sites uses .mp3 or .mp4 or anything else), now you play the files in any player that supports .flv format, after this you can change the name of the file in something recognizable. Note: you may found that you cache is already contain lots of big files. You can clear your cache by clicking "Customize and control Google Chrome" button and access "Options" menu, under "Under the hood" tab you will find and click "Clear Browsing Data" button, them tick or un-tick the appropriate tasks and hit "Clear" button. Hope that this was helpful. :)

2. IF YOU ARE AN XP USER- C:\Documents and Settings\NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
NAME is your user name in the operating system for example GEORGE or dinozjnr
some files are going in the Cashe folder for example music from online players ..

3. Paste and go "about:cache" in your address bar to view a list of all files in Chrome's cache
