Where does google chrome store temporary internet files?

I was on facebook and accidentally deleted a photo which was not saved on my computer. I wanted to pull it from my temporary internet files to repost it but can not find it. I did a search and found a question/answer but it was outdated. This is the directory I was looking in as that suggested: C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache The files all appear to be a "file" and have no program association with them. I know that IE saves (saved? been forever since I used IE) each image you view and are easily retrieved. I am using Windows Vista Basic. Thanks!
