Arguably Bruno Mars has one of the best albums to close out the year. His sophomore album, Unorthodox Jukebox has been certified platinum. The album has surpassed the 1 million mark, which selling an estimated 1,275,000 in total sales. Alongside with creating a platinum album, his first single “Locked Out Of Heaven” has been certified 2x platinum with a total of 2,293,867 downloads. Great job to Bruno Mars and his label.

Nelly – Hey Porshe
After releasing his mixtape Scorpio Season in November, Cornell is back at it with this new release. Also with plans to release his forthcoming album, M.O. later this year, Nelly releases a brand new track entitled “Hey Porshe.” Not sure what he’s what he’s doing with pop sound, but it displays his struggling advances in his vocals. We’re not feeling this at all.
Add-2 – The Eulogy (prod. J-Rell)
With currently working on his follow-up to the LRG presented album, Save.Our.Souls, Add-2 has released a brand new track entitled “The Eulogy.” Produced by J-Rell, Chicago emcee Add-2 floats all over this organ heavy record described as the “wack rapper eulogy”. Take a listen to track below.

Ohhh the days when cigarillos were just 50 cents – Somewhere down in Flatbush during 9-8 back when Yasiin Bey was known as Mos Def, him and Talib Kweli buzzed the New York streets with hits from their Blackstar album like this one and “Respiration” feat. Common. “Definition” was the first single off their album and it happened to drop on my birthday. This joint just goes so hard. Shout out to my city, check it out after the jump.
