全身の7割が電気で構成されている雷のミュータント。 人が浴びれば一瞬で黒焦げになる程の電力を体内で生成する能力を持ち、蓄電・放電も自由自在に行える。 常に気怠そうで口数も少ない男だが、能力発動時だけは生の感情を剥きだしにした好戦的な性格へと変貌する。 これは彼の力が感情の波を読み取り、より強力な電気を生み出す特性を持つからである。 人の体に特異な力を移植された存在「ミュータント」。 果たしてその力は自身が望んで手にした物なのか。 全研究が凍結されている今、知り得る者は少ない。
