All payment should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY). Other currencies can not be accepted.

German Participants

German Participants are free of charge for social programs, but are requested to register.

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations made in writing and received by the Secretariat by Oct 17, 2012 will be eligible for a full refund minus a handling fee of 3,000 JPY. No reimbursements for cancellations after Oct 17, 2012 or no-shows.

Online Registration is now closed.

Onsite registrations may be possible. Onsite registration fees will be JPY35,000 for member, and JPY 45,000 for non-member. However, if the number of participants reaches the maximum capacity, we might not be able to accept further registrations. We do not accept any credit cards, and only Japanese YEN in cash will be accepted.
