Hello all welcome to another drawing lesson here on DragoArt.com. Today is Thanksgiving day and yesterday was a very busy day for me which is why nothing new went up. In this tutorial I will be showing you how to draw a Cadillac Escalade SUV step by step. Now for those of you that are big time SUV buffs, the Escalade is a very popular luxury sports utility vehicle because of its beautiful build, and its supreme ride that it gives. I have been inside of a Cadillac Escalade (as many of you have) and if you have been inside one you know what I am talking about when I say that these trucks are beautiful through in through. The drawing that I did for you today is of the new 2009 Escalade (which I have not been in yet). If you have read any of my tutorial descriptions in the past you know that I am an avid reader of many different things, and because of that I love receiving all different kinds of magazines. I have at least thirteen different types of magazine subscriptions that I get in the mail, read, and use for reference pictures. The Escalade that you see before you now is from Car and Driver Magazine and I read the whole article on these trucks. Although I have never personally rode inside of a 2009, I am sure that the SUV is truly amazing when you are actually driving behind the wheel. The Cadillac comes in a variety of colors which include; white diamond, black raven, stealth grey, infrared, blue chip, quick silver and gold mist. The specs of this outstanding luxury SUV are as follows; it has a 402 horse powered 6.2L Vortec V8 engine. The gas is delivered to the motor with a sequential fuel injection system. Now, because the truck is an eight cylinder, I’m sorry to say that it is in fact a gas guzzler and only gets about twelve miles per gallon on highway and city driving. What about the rims you ask? Well for factory standard rims, it's not too shabby, it is equipped with 22” spoke chromed aluminum wheels which can be purchased in seven spoke (that is available with the Ultra Luxury Collection and Hybrid) and the multi-spoke that is only available on the platinum series. And finally it has an all-welded fully boxed ladder-type frame. All in all this truck is on the top rated list of all time luxury SUVs. This tutorial will show you how to draw a Cadillac Escalade SUV step by step. I made the directions and steps easy to read and simple to follow. I will be back later with more drawing fun in a bit so stay tuned.
