Open Letter to My Senator
8 DecSenator Hutchinson,
I don’t know a tactful way to remark this other than I am completely baffeled by your vote supporting Senator’s McCain and Levin’s amendment to effectively nullify amendments 4 through 8 of our constitution. Astonishing, really. Our due process and civil liberties are, in fact, those things that make this country great. The following is a letter I wrote to my congressman, but as of yet, no response.

Dear Mr. Doggett,
I recently visited a web-site titled “rememberbuilding7.org” and found the experience to be very eye opening. The conclusion I arrived at, as would any sober-minded person, along with 1,500 leading structural engineers and architects, is that the collapse of World Trade Center 7 at 5:20 pm EST on 09-11-2001, was very clearly a controlled demolition. NIST’s report on the matter, in which they themselves admit free-fall for 8 stories, appears to defy any semblance of rational logic. The very premise of our bellicose foreign policy, the exponential surveillence reach now of the Military Comissions Act, authorizing the suspension of Amendments 4 through 8 for anyone deemed a possible terrorist, and countless other domestic surveillence techniques now employed by this government, are directly attributable to the events of that day. I request that congress, allow me to be frank, stop paying lip-service to the oath of office that it made to defend the constitution against all enemies, including the domestic ones, and get to the bottom of this.
