晴れ。
先週末久しぶりにいい音楽を聴いた実感がありました。
音楽から得る気分の抑揚は大切だと感じましたね。
何を隠そうピーターバラカンさんのDJです。
丁寧なセレクトが音楽への愛を感じます。
只今、渋谷タワーレコードにて
ピーターバラカンさんセレクトコーナーも展開しているようですし
フロアリニューアル間近ということもあるので
久しぶりに楽しみなタワーレコードです。

Last weekend I really felt that I listened to some good music.
I felt the inflection of feelings that music gives is important.
As a matter of fact, it was Peter Barakan as the DJ.
You can feel a love for music in the careful selection.
Right now at the Shibuya Tower Records
it seems there is a corner set up with Peter Barakan picks
and also floor renewal is coming up soon
it has been a while, but I am looking forward to Tower Records.

晴れ。
この時期
さみしい気持ちになります。
むかしから。
春に始まり夏を過ごし秋ときて
冬に向かうまでは自然の色使いも移り変わり
寒さに身を縮め出すことで
家にこもるように心も内にこもりがちになります。
けれどもそのかわりに
秋冬の空は格別に澄んでいます。
今日の空はそんな様子でした。
そろそろ冬がやってくる頃です。

Around this season
I start to feel lonely.
From way back.
Starts with spring then summer passes into autumn
while headed towards winter the colors of nature also change
clenching your body from the cold
like how you end up staying at home the heart also stays inside.
But on the other hand
autumn winter skies are clear like no other.
Today's sky was like that.
Winter should be coming soon.

実はアトリエでは先週から撮影セットを組んでおり
通常営業が出来ていないのです。
ミーティング、
ミーティング、
ミーティング、
そんなわけでここのところずっとです。
けれどもミーティング。
されどミーティング。
コトを始める前置きとしてかなり重要なパートだと
ここ最近の状況から実感しています。
報告やら伝達が内容のいわゆるミーティングではなく
ぼくらは意思の共有や理念についてのディスカッションが
なによりも先立って必要だと考えます。
その理念にスタッフそれぞれが共感できたとき、
初めてチームが団結し向かうべき方向におのずと導かれるはずだと思っています。
そんなディスカッションが前提にあって
いわゆるミーティングがあるのです。

Right now a shoot set has been set up at the atelier since last week
so normal operation has not been possible.
Meetings,
meetings,
meetings,
been going on straight because of this.
However, a meeting.
But, a meeting.
From my recent situation, I have realized that
it is a very important part as a preface when starting something.
Not the usual meeting where it is reporting and relaying
but we feel first and foremost it is necessary to share how we feel and
discuss about philosophy.
When each of the staff can understand the philosophy, I feel then
the team unites and naturally follows the direction it should go.
Based on the premise of having such discussions
there is what is called a meeting.
