Dear TinierMe Users, It is with deep regret that we announce the cancellation of the TinierMe, and TinierMe for Facebook services (the "Services") effective as of 12:00 a.m. (PST) on December 10, 2012 ("Cancellation Date"). We extend our thanks and gratitude to all who have supported us and the Services and sincerely hope that our Services have been an enjoyable experience for you. Here are some important dates and information relating to the cancellation of the Service. Please read this Cancellation Notice carefully as they constitute "Additional Terms" referenced in the Terms of Service. 1. November 9, 2012. The purchasing of G-Coins will be terminated (including the activation and use of official gift cards), and new user registration closed. All other Services through the Cancellation Date will be made available to users, and any remaining G-Coins in User's accounts can be spent until the Cancellation Date. Users will receive G-Coins from Sponsored Offers completed by November 9, 2012 but not from Sponsored Offers completed on or after November 9, 2012. 2. December 10, 2012. The Service will be cancelled as of the Cancellation Date. The Service will not be accessible after this date, and all Account and related personal data will be deleted without further notice. As described in the Terms of Service, there will be no refunds of any G-Coins due to the cancellation of the Service. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. 3.
