Zantac

Right from the start, I have to point out that I’m really satisfied with Zantac and everything that this medication has done for me. It helped me with my stomach ulcer and got rid of the problem that I had been dealing with for much longer than I had to.

It all started one day with a mild abdominal pain. Since I’m not the kind of guy that always think that there is something wrong with him as soon as he experiences any kind of discomfort, I tried to ignore the pain, thinking that I ate too much or that I made a sudden move or something like that. When the pain appeared a couple of days later, I ignored it again, only this time, I had to try a lot in order to be able to forget about it. However, not long after that, the pain was more severe and couldn’t be ignored so easily. In addition to that, I noticed that bloating was another symptom and I had to admit that things were more serious than I had thought.

And when I visited the doctor, I was extremely unpleasantly surprised. I had a stomach ulcer and on top of that, I had Helicobacter pylori that caused the ulcer in the first place. This was really bad news and I could hardly believe it. The doctor, however, explained that everything would be alright and that there were medications that would help me.

However, the medication that I was given only made things worse. My symptoms were relived to some degree, but something even worse happened. I had headaches and diarrhea, which were both undesired effects of the medication. At that moment, I really hated medications, all of them. I mean, I know that most of them have some side effects, but what is the purpose of the medication if you manage to cure one thing and along the way, cause another problem. Honestly, that made no sense and I started wondering whether the whole pharmaceutical industry failed to do what they were supposed to.

The doctor quickly prescribed another medication, Zantac. After that, I had no problems whatsoever and the symptoms were quickly gone. There was no more pain and I felt healthy again. Zantac did not only help my ulcer heal, but it made me trust the pharmaceutical companies once again. This was a medication that did exactly what was supposed to do and it did it without causing any kind of problems.
