The space is a total of 800 sqf and your part would be 200 sqf for $425 utilities included,deposit required.
The space gets great light and is near bars, cafes, the train and park. The building itself is a beautiful old factory building with an awesome view from the roof.
The building has a 24 hour freight elevator and there is wifi.
The rent is broken down evenly and the atmosphere is relaxed,respectful and mindful.
