I do not wish to waste your valuable time on telling you my whole life story. I am here to let everyone know how Xanax helped me and keeps helping me with panic attacks that have burdened me for years now.I have been having panic attacks for about 4 or 5 years now. Now, I am the kind of guy that used to think that it is all in the head and that the person should just get it all together.

However, once it happens to you, you tend to change your opinion. My panic attacks were those that are caused by factors that cannot be quite pinpointed. Sure, in some of the situations, there has been stuff that might have triggered them, but in most of the situations, they simply happened.

And they were quite severe ones. You name the symptoms, I have them. My hands got sweaty, cold sweat ran down my back, I felt dizzy, my heart was racing like crazy, my throat and mouth were parched, my legs felt weak, I wanted to run away and the first time I was actually convinced I was going crazy.

However, my doctor diagnosed me very soon and he realized that I was having some severe panic attacks. So, I was prescribed with Xanax. And really, every subsequent time that I would experience a panic attack, Xanax did wonders for me. And it still continues to. I am having much fewer panic attacks since I started taking Xanax, so it is not only a temporary aid in treating the panic attack when it happens, but it can also lead to less of them happening. Or at least, that is what it did for me.
