東京平河法律事務所に所属されている小倉秀夫弁護士の「ダブルスタンダード」についてです。
どうも私のことをダブルスタンダードだと言っているようですが、普段属人論法をとらない私には、最初はどこがダブルスタンダードなのか分かりませんでした。
小倉弁護士の立場に立って考えてみるとわかりました。
これと比べると、私が矢部善朗・創価大学法科大学院教授を批判するのに用いた表現など、天使のようにマイルドだと思うのですが、前者が許せて後者が許せないという人がいるとすれば、それはとても解せないことだというより他ありません。
つまり、私が竹入義勝・元公明党委員長に対する批判は許すが、それより程度の低い小倉弁護士の私に対する「天使のようにマイルド」な批判を許さないのはダブルスタンダードだ、と言いたいようです。
何となく釣り針を飲んでいる気分になってきましたが続けましょう（＾＾；
小倉弁護士としては、ユーモアのつもりかもしれませんね（＾＾）
私は、これまで竹入義勝・元公明党委員長に対する批判について言及したことはありません。
しかし、小倉弁護士は、ただ私が「創価大学法科大学院教授」であるというだけで、竹入義勝・元公明党委員長に対する批判を許すはずだ、許すに違いない、許している、と短絡的な結論を出した上で、小倉弁護士の私に対する「天使のようにマイルド」な批判を許さないのはダブルスタンダードだ、と言っているわけですね。
この私の竹入義勝・元公明党委員長に対するスタンスを決めつけるところは、属人論法以外の何者でもありません。
論理的な思考とか、具体的な事実に基づいて検討・判断するという姿勢とは対極にある非論理的ステレオタイプです。
このような発想の弁護士をパートナーと位置づけている法律事務所は大丈夫なんだろうか、と真剣に心配になります。
もう一つついでに言っておきますと、自分の名誉毀損行為は別の名誉毀損行為より程度の低いから無問題だ、という論理は、到底法律家の思考とは思えません。
