新館ブログでも触れたla_causette の「確実な事実であってもリークすべきではない。」についてです。
先ほどのエントリーに対して，矢部善朗弁護士・創価大学法科大学院教授（刑事法）が次のように述べています。
ついに小倉秀夫弁護士も「創価カード」を切るようになってしまいました。
小倉弁護士も、昔は創価カードを切って悦に入っている輩に対しては批判的だったんですけどね。
小倉弁護士は、検察が公明党に借りがあるとでも思っているのでしょうか？
それとも、検察が公明党に貸しを作ると何かいいことがあると思っているのでしょうか？
私には、両方とも思い当たる節がありません。
小倉弁護士にはあるのでしょうか。
あるのなら教えていただきたいところですが、まあ期待できないでしょうね。
小倉弁護士が「リーク」について重大な問題だとお考えであれば、小倉弁護士お得意のロビー活動でもされたらいいのにと思います。
