小倉弁護士に関してですけれども、完璧にスルーした方がよいと思います。通常の読解力のある人間であれば、誤解することはないでしょう。どんなにモトケン先生のことを暗に非難しているとしても、説得的な言説を小倉先生が行っているとは考えないのではないかと思います。

逆に、相手をすればするほど小倉先生を利することになると思いますので、できれば相手をするのはおやめになられた方がよいのではないかと思います。小倉先生の方にはデメリットがないですが、モトケン先生の方は大きいと思います。

　小倉弁護士と議論する気はありません。
　他人の文章をまともに読めない相手と文字ベースで議論はできません。
　論理よりも修飾語で相手を説得？できると思っている相手と論理的な議論ができるはずがありません。

　小倉弁護士は、そこで日々私に対する誹謗・中傷を書き込んでいます。
　私は、ページランク的にはla_causette と同等の本館ブログを持っていますが、わざわざゼロからブログを立ち上げました。
　また、la_causette は、「法曹実務家・法学者ブログ」に登録しており、そこからもアクセスを得ていますが、この別館ブログは登録していません。
　本館ブログにはリンクを貼って最低限のアクセス窓口は確保していますが、露出度においては、この別館ブログはla_causette の比ではないと思います。
　このバトルを別館ブログに限定した私は酷いですか？
