The Pressure

"First day of school" Marvalina thought. Just what she had dreaded. As she walked on the bus, someone poured a mango smoothie down her back. It was none other than Jessaline Black, the "queen" of the populars. Everyone looked up to her. She sat down in the only seat available. It was in the middle of the bus, ripped up and lumpy. At the next bus stop, Rane got on the bus. She sat down next to Marvalina. She had a giant bruise on her upper arm because Joe Preston. Rane and Marvalina had been friends since kindergarten. The bus stopped at school and they were the last ones off. The rest of the day was terrible. The girls were in the same class for every period and got tortured in each one. The day started with math. Marvalina sat next to Roshon Daniels, The hottest guy in school. He hit her with a rubber band. Rane sat in front of Jessaline. She put a "kick" sign on her back. people listened. Rane could'nt even sit down in science. Mr.Campbell gave the girls a very hard time. Social studies was a mess. Victoria Mills made Rane pass Marvaline a note that said "You are such a dork". Rane and Marvaline got detention for that. English came after that horrible class. Juanita Garcia was calling poor Marvalina a ginger. In chorus Justin Cooper called Rane a Snowman. Lunch was the worst of them all. The cafeteria was serving green beans, spinach, and a brown liquid that smelled despicable. Geuss what Amy Jonsen did. She picked up thier lunches and threw them at thier faces. The girls payed no attention to French, and accomplished nothing in study hall. On the bus, Antonio Anderson tripped Marvalina and left a giant cut along her shin. Rane came home with Marvalina that day. "Great. Now We both smell like rotton garbage, and we're all cut up. I think I may still have mango smoothie down the back of my shirt." Said Marvalina. "Don't forget that we have detention" Said Rane.
