| Notice regarding the Falsification of NITE WEB-site and an apology concerning the service suspension |

We will stop the service until a measure is completed, since it became
clear that some pages of our web site were falsified by an illegal access of a third party.
We apologize sincerely to all the users for the inconvenience that may have caused and
