When you are blond, you do not even think that you might get bald before you are 50 or even 60. I know this from experience. My whole family, as far back as I can remember and as far back as my parents can remember have all been blonde. I actually think we are the fairest family in all the Queensland. And I knew for a fact that absolutely no one in my family went bald until they are well over 50. For instance, my grandfather had a full head of hair until he was over 70 and he still clings on to some of his hair.

That is why I was so stumped when I realized that my hairline was receding last year. I was only 31 at the time and this was well before the expected time of this happening. I thought that I was imagining stuff and that there is absolutely no way my hair has started falling out already. Over the next few months, I carefully monitored and measured my hairline, checking out all the little hairs and making sure that I haven’t started losing my hair. I always felt sorry for those young guys that go bald when they are barely 30 and now it seemed I was going to be one of them.

My meticulous and careful studying of my hairline confirmed my fears, it was receding quite rapidly. Granted not at the same rate as Prince William’s hairline, but it was still noticeable and worrisome. I decided there and then that I am not going without a fight. In the end, I found out about Propecia and it seemed like more than a good idea, a proper medications that works and that is safe.

I visited my doctor to make sure I can use this medication due to the fact that I have a slight arrhythmia of the heart. He said that it does not matter and that it will pose no risk. So, I bought myself some Propecia and started using it. It was exhausting. You have to use it for three months in order to even see the results. However, it was more than worth it. I measured my hair loss over the following half a year and I noticed that it has slowed down and came to a standstill. I was no longer losing hair. I even noticed some new ones growing back. Hah, take that prince William and your surprisingly hot wifey!
