I take Phentermine and I take the time release capsules. ask you doctor about them. I have taken boththe regular and the time release. The time release is sooooo much better. They last for 8 hours.

half a bagle and a slice of swiss cheese and an apple – about 250 calories

lunch – apple – 50 calories

dinner – meat/fish or poultry – 4 oz – green vegetables (all you want) – baked potatoe – 1 slice bread – about 500 calories –

walk – 1 mile in morning
walk – 1 mile after dinner

you will lose about 20 lbs in a month

Loose 15 pounds in 1 month, without a diet plan that costs money.

It is possible, however, it’s going to require that you have a high iron intake, as well as low fat with low calories, and if you are taking in high carbs, you need to be working out a lot. Drink plenty of water, and probably eat more vegetables than anything else. Oatmeal and lots of fibrous foods are very good for losing weight. Make sure you do lots of cardio, maybe a half hour per day.

Will I gain weight back if I use Phentermine with a diet and excersice?

I’m gonna use phentermine but I don’t wanna gain any weight back so if I excersice and eat right will I gain any back? Please don’t tell me not to use the pill and just excersice and eat right cause I’m gonna do all 3.

Anyone know of any good post-pregnancy diet plans or programs that worked?

Hello…I’m a semi-active 29 year old mom. I usually do cardio 4 times a week and weights 2 days a week before I got pregnant. i just posted about atkins ..and cos i love fruits im reallu wondering if il be good at it .

Keep it simple!
90% of you daily diet should be fruts, veggies, wholegrains and water.

The other 10% should be dairy products and poultry.

You still need to exercise until you break a sweat. After each work out, drink a protein shake immediately or at least 3o minutes after your workout!

Can I split Phentermine capsules in half?

Would anyone have any tips or ides on how to lose 16 kg in 2 months. Diet plans, and tips and ideas are all welcome!!!!

There is no magic pill or program for weight loss, regardless of what others tell you. A healthy weight loss is about 2 – 3 lbs per week.

You need to follow a sensible diet and start exercising. Start eating fruits and vegetables and lean protein.

You need to eat what’s called filling foods to not get hungry all the time. Things like apples and bananas are filling. Almost all types of beans, garbanzo, green, kidney, re-fried fat-free, beets, cauliflower are some of the many filling veggies.

Avoid over-use of salt, you will retain water.

Drink water, and if you don’t like it plain try a little squeezed lemon or lime in it. Drink at least 8 ozs before each meal.

You may also want to try switching from 3 meals a day and eating 4 or 5 lighter meals.

Exercise, … if you don’t already start walking or anything. Just don’t overdo it at first or you will find reasons to stop.

Losing weight requires a lifestyle change.
