今朝の「モーニングバード」での、事件報道。女性看護師が殺害された事件について被疑者が逮捕された、という内容の報道だったが、「人が殺されたのがそんなに楽しいか?」と詰問したくなるような報道の仕方だった。殺害された女性の顔写真をテロップ板(というのかな、あれは?)の左上に、ペコちゃんシールでも貼り付けるかのように添付していた。遺族が見たらテレビ局に殺意を抱くだろうな、あの扱いは!

ようやくマスコミもこの状態を報じるようになったか・・・。
しかし、電力会社の社員に討論会への出席・発表を禁じる、という今回の政府の措置。これはこれでちょっと憲法上問題があるのではないか?取締役クラスの人間に対して禁止措置をとる、というのならばまだ分かる。しかし、末端の社員にまでそれを政府が禁じる、というのは憲法上明らかに違反だ。
マスコミの論調は「禁じられて当然」のような感じだが、もし「報道被害がらみの集会」で、「報道機関の社員(マスコミ関係者)による討論会での発表を禁じる」とでも政府が言い出そうものなら、マスコミ各社はどういう反応を示しただろうか?
