Nicollet Update for August 23rd

Thomas and Sons will be paving between 35th to just north of Burger King tomorrow. They are continuing with subgrade correction and underground utility work north of 34th St, this work should be completed early next week. After the subgrade work is completed, they will begin with grading in the area north of 34th St.

Primary Election - Tuesday, August 14th

This year's primary election is taking place on Tuesday, August 14th.  With the recent redistricitng all of Lyndale is now in the 8th Ward of Minneapolis, that means everyone who lives in Lyndale is now voting at Painter Park.  Painter Park is located at 620 34th Street West, Minneapolis, MN 55408.  Here is a list of everyone running in this year's primary for Lyndale voters from the Secretary of State's website.

Join fellow Lyndalians in the Pedometer Challenge!  Lyndale has been selected to participate in the Pedometer Challenge through Allina’s Neighborhood Health Connection program.  As part of this program, a free health screening will be held in our neighborhood available to all Lyndale and surrounding areas community members.  To encourage activity and having fun with your neighbors, we will also participate in the Pedometer Challenge.  This challenge runs for six weeks starting July 16th through August 26th.

Get free legal help on almost any topic at the Lyndale Neighborhood clinic. Attorneys are available once per month to answers questions at this walk-in clinic. Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and you can have a free consultation for up to 20 minutes.
