M5.4 Quake Jolts Kanto, Tokai Regions

TOKYO (Kyodo)--An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.4 jolted Tokyo and other areas in the Kanto region as well as central Japan's Tokai area Tuesday morning, the Japan Meteorological Agency said. No tsunami warning was issued.
