Are HGH supplements helping?
08 August 2012HGH is hormone of growth and rejuvenation. It regulates such important processes in our body and helps us stay young and fit. It also quickens the metabolism and fuels our body with energy. Unfortunately, with passing years this hormone becomes scarce in our body and that’s why all signs of ageing and deterioration are becoming visible. Our bones become fragile, our skin isn’t so elastic and wrinkles appear. Many people are terrified with the fact that they are getting old and they would do anything to prevent that. Human Growth Hormone can be ideal solution to prevent those ageing signs and to prolong life. Still, there are few tricky things about it.
First of all it isn’t completely studied and explored yet, and we simply don’t know all the important stuff about it. Side effects of its usage can be pretty hard and bad and it all happens because we don’t know enough about it. Still, for some cases it is more than safe and there are some experts who did miracles with it. The strongest forms of HGH are injections, but they are illegal and its usage is allowed only in some cases when medical experts evaluate that it is necessary to use it. The other problem with injections is that they were at first harvested from corpses since there was no technology for production of artificial HGH. Later on this problem was solved and now there is synthetic version of this hormone. In this form it was used with some athletes and it gave pretty good results, as their performance increased significantly. Still, there were some horrible side effects as some of those men suffered from uncontrolled tissue growth. It resulted in enlarged organs and even in death with some of them. That’s when it is noticed that HGH is so dangerous. Furthermore, studies have shown that it will help growth of a cancer if it is present in the body.
HGH supplements are much safer form. Still, there are few issues here as well. First of all, these drugs are not approved by government agencies for drugs, as the effects of HGH are still so problematic. This leaves the space for manufacturers to sell HGH supplements of at least doubtful quality. There is no guarantee that those supplements really contain HGH, and if they do there is no guarantee that it is present in large enough quantity to make difference or in the form that is adapted for our body to use it. Still most of those supplements contain many vitamins and other substances which will have beneficial effect on our body. So, they can’t hurt. Still, this doesn’t provide what you are paying for f they don’t contain HGH. The best way for now is to buy products from the manufacturers who have good reputation. It is hard that they will risk their good reputation by selling crappy product, so since there is no better way for now, you should stick to this rule.
