My experience with SingleHop is nice. Though I faced some problems with the server causing Hdd failures, it actually took some weeks to find out the real root cause behind the issue. However, the staff at SingleHop was friendly and supportive in getting all things properly resolved. Also, I even ended up enjoying 110 percent in the credits.
SingleHop is affordable. Although the dedicated servers are not that cheap, I had faced some problems keeping up with the payments. But the account manager was really understanding and helpful in that regard too. They allowed me to set up the partial payment system for my ease of use.

I read about the excellent customer support of SingleHop, which was so true, I found out later! Do not trust me? Well, go out and try their support service at 2 A.M! This was my prime concern of shifting from my older web hosting company. Problems can arise anytime but then why do you have support team? My older company was a big mistake and with SingleHop I have finally treated my website well.

Their dedicated server hosting is great and the support is very good. I’m hosting with them for the last year or so with no major problems…

I have been using of Singe Hop since a year now and have not faced any issues till now. The just thing to bring into your notice is that I didn’t know that the web host did not backup the dedicated server however when I paid some extra for it, the facility was provided shortly.

Although you can see that the customer support is not topnotch, still there are no otherissues to be faced with the guys at Single Hop1!!!

I just want to say that Single Hop is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with in years. I have dealt with many. They have the Reseller Tandem control panel with the worst interface imaginable. The servers that you get are a rip off and they will cut your service off even if you have solved all of the problems on the network.

Also, they complain about not getting paid when it’s only been 4 days and you have been with them for almost 2 years. They also send a massive amount of tickets so that they don’t cancel the server and actually do work. You have to treat them like children or they won’t do any simple billing tasks. Support is fine but sales/billing is a joke.

They allow abuse too. I had a ROSKO spammer on their network and I have taken care of the issue but they have allowed this for months. They cut the amount of ips to 5 per a server and they still want to kick me out even though everything is fine now!

They also said that I had a 90% churn rate(servers all the time have been 10 or above!) but now the servers are at just 4. They said that the servers are abusive although three of them have been with us since 2010. Also, they won’t even suspend the servers when I tell them to. They take days! Don’t argue with them either or they might consider it a threat. They don’t consider taken care of problems good! They just want the money. You can tell for sure.
