In Shravan month, worshipping Lord Shiva increases the auspiciousness of good results. During this month, Shiv Maha Puran and Shiv Stotras should be read daily and then worship the Shiv linga ritually from milk, Ganga jal, Bel Patra, fruits, etc.
Additionally, worshipping Lord Shiva along with chanting the mantra “Om Namah Shivay” is considered auspicious. Observing Mangala Gauri fast and worshipping ritually on every Monday of this month makes the fortune more favourable for the marriage and child of a woman.
Sai Temple is celebrating Sharawan month on every Monday in July:
July 9, 16, 23 & 30
July 23, Naag Panchami - Special Puja with Shiva Abhishekam.
6:30 PM: Children's Procession with Sri Sri Radha Krishna
7:00 PM: Sri Krishna Bhajans
8:00 PM: Sri Krishna Aarthi followed by Shej Aarthi
Celebrate this festival with great fervor and gaiety as it happens to be the birthday of Lord Krishna. The Vaishnavites call it Srijayanthi or Krishnashtami. The smartas call it Gokulashtami, and in the northern part of India it is known as Janmashtami.
