HOW THIS WORKS

LOOK AT AN IMAGE. WHAT DOES IT MAKE YOU FEEL?
DO YOU LIKE IT? DO YOU HATE IT?
TELL US WHY.
CLICK ON THE CONVERSATION BUBBLE TO THE RIGHT OF THE IMAGE.
GIVE IT A THUMBS UP OR A THUMBS DOWN RATING.
YOU CAN ALSO RESPOND TO AN IMAGE BY UPLOADING AN IMAGE OF YOUR OWN!

OCCUPY MOVEMENT ARCHIVE

We are an open-source blog that uses visual images instead of words as a means of sparking ideas and generating conversation.

In a world where words are co-opted and distorted, with meanings lost or misconstrued, our goal is to move past these often self-created barriers in the search for commonality, or a shared truth. Often, what are seemingly abstract concepts have very concrete consequences on our lives – the economy, democracy, the environment… This blog seeks to more fully understand these issues by translating the hypothetical to the tangible utilizing images.

Visualize Conversation also serves as a veritable time capsule. These posted images and ensuing conversation become a record of public dialogue as it evolves and progresses. Nothing is lost, the topics do not fade in and out of fashion just because they may not reflect the news docket of the week.

It is a public dialogue.

How do you see your world?
