Mission Statement:
The Evergreen Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration represents the greater Northwest public service arena. The chapter strives to:
- Advance the art, science, teaching and practice of public and non-profit administration;
- Promote the value of joining and elevating the public service profession;
- Build bridges among all who pursue public purposes;
- Provide networking and professional development opportunities to those committed to public service values;
- Achieve innovative solutions to the challenges of governance.
Monthly Board of Directors meeting—-when-and-where:
The chapter members and those interested in joining ASPA, are encouraged to take part in the monthly Evergreen chapter Board of Directors meetings. The monthly meetings take place every second or third Thursday of the month(unless otherwise posted) throughout the Puget Sound region–stay posted for meeting locations. For those unable to attend the meetings, we also invite you to listen in by conference call—contact Board President Dorian Waller for further information.
