Rengo Develops Resin Sheet to Block Radiation

   Tokyo, May 2 (Jiji Press)--Major cardboard maker Rengo Co. <3941> said Wednesday that it has developed an elastic resin sheet that blocks radiation.
   Rengo plans to sell the sheet to building materials makers and local governments for use as carpets and curtains, and to cover waste and soil contaminated with radioactive substances released from Tokyo Electric Power Co.'s <9501> disaster-stricken Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant.
