意味がよく分かりません。
直訳ではなく、なぜこのようなメールが届いたのか、
内容などを、分かりやすく説明してください。

あなたのアカウントに、中国ハルビンから誰かがログインしようしましたが、Googleは乗っ取りかも知れないと思って拒否しました。
心当たりがないならパスワードを変更してください。
本当にあなたならトラブルシューティングステップに進んでください。

それは、翻訳サービスを利用したが意味が分からなかった、ということでしょうか？
それとも、そういう努力すらしていないのでしょうか？

できれば、「こういう意味だと思ったんですが間違いないでしょうか？」という質問の仕方をすべきでしょうし。
