If you have submitted a wait list claim, and your claim status is
not "Approved", we are unable to fulfill your rebate request. Per the terms and conditions of the program, "Applicants on the waiting list will only receive a rebate if the purchase and receipt meet all the program's requirements
and if additional funds become available from unused reserved rebates or disqualified rebate applications."
