Support did a great job fielding my questions.
The Hold music however was not very good, id rate that 2/10. Its not so much that the composition or quality of the music was bad, but rather the music in tone compared to the action of waiting on a support line was a bit mismatched. The song was looped and it was a very epic sounding music leading me to a sense of perhaps driving a race car on a small side street very slowly.
Great support,server never down and overall one of the best hostings i have seen.Also their price is very good!

As a first time Web developer, I was a bit overwhelmed at first. The documentation is too long, disjointed and confusing for a newbie to follow. (I know most of the pieces, but when one thing is unclear, everything else tends to cascade.) Chloe calmed me down and got me stated with downloading my code. I was happy she picked up the phone when I called back for support setting up the MySQL database.
So far, I am pleased with the speed of the host.

A total neophyte to web creation and have had significant number of questions along the way. In fact I still haven’t published my site but I am very near. Any time I’ve had a question about anything related to building this site, Support has been there in most instances immediately to provide direction and the answer. It is almost like having the web developer sitting right next to me at my computer.
I’m not yet sure how good these guys are. Support people seem calm and helpful but they gave me, in writing, wrong info that left all my sites and emails down for 30 hours.
They also gave incorrect info on two other things less serious. I haven’t decided whether to stay with their hosting yet–there’s hope since they do seem like they have a team that will help solve problems, but they should never have created the problem to begin with.

After researching web host companies and coming across consistent best quality ratings for WebHostingHub, I decided that this was the best place to host my IT consulting business website. Service is great, the plans and features are well-thought out and fits what people are looking for in a host. Can’t go wrong with these guys!
My website keeps cutting out, one minute it runs fine, the next it crawls to stop. It’s still doing it. The tech support were polite and nice but didn’t really seem interested in helping.. I was told, “Servers do that from time to time..” I explained my does it on a daily basis but he just wasn’t interested.
Web Hosting Hub support is really great. Unfortunately, they were not able to give me a time-frame for an upgrade from PHP 5.2.13 to PHP 5.3
Hopefully, this upgrade can happen soon so that Web Hosting Hub remains current in their technology.

My expierence with support was extremely positive. Being a newbie, I was at my wit’s end in trying to upload my website. One contact with “Joe”, and I was able to complete my task, and now also feel confident i can upload my next website with no problems. I am every happy with WebhostingHUB.
I recently moved my web site to WebHostingHub. It went off without a hitch. I tested the email access, which is my principle interest, for about a week with no problems. I keep a local copy of my web site so a simple upload via FTP did the trick. I have not fully tested the htaccess capabilities but expect no problems. My one simple question, which concerned forwarding only email accounts, was answered via web chat. I moved the site over Saturday night and by the AM the DNS entries were fully propagated. My domain name was already registered with Network Solutions which I chose not to change.
I chose WebHostingHub on Christmas Eve, after having spent two weeks with another host I had selected whose service was sooo disappointing (replying to ‘live chat’ 6 or 8 hours later, responding to support tickets up to 36 hours later, and my two sites being down for a few ours each and every day). I signed up, and on Christmas Eve they had support staff who guided me through the process (I waited less than a minute for a live response by phone), my live chats since have been responded to instantly, and I have had messages sent to me with additional info, based on what I said I was trying to accomplish. No site downtime, and I’m pleased with the number of tutorials and demos they have on their site. So far, so good and I can’t find fault but only praise!

This is my first time operating my own website and I needed something that was pretty simple and to the point. I started out with another company and everytime I wanted to be able to do something else on my site it was another fee. I contacted InMotionHosting.com and was well pleased with the cost of the hosting product. I am not too crazy of the web building tool or the features of the estore but I think for the price I paid it is a decent value. I have had to contact customer service several times during the DNS change and there was only one minor flaw. The Live Chat customer service team has been wonderful and now my site is up and running with no problems. Thank you.
