I have created an ecommerce site and required a host provider. Some of my acquaintances recommended me A2Hosting and I thought of giving it a try. I was easily able to set up my account with them. The rate was also a no brainer. At the start, I faced some minor issues as I was not a technical person. But what I observed is that the customer and technical support teams were patient and quick.
With almost no problems faced, I can proudly declare that A2Hosting is a great web hosting provider I have ever seen. I had some conversations with technical support team and they were actually very helpful.

i would say that since i have used A2 Hosting company services, i have got many benefits from them. I never saw my site not working correctly.
The deals that are there with them are also useful and I used the one that was as per my requirements….

We have moved our email and webhosting to A2 hosting in August 2011. Since then, we have countless number of downtime, unable to connect to server, or if someone sends us an email, it will give them a bounce back that the user name is not valid. And then send another email and it’s valid again. I have also contacted their support department about our Downtime on Sept, 29, 2011, I called in, was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered, used the chat function, got a one liner saying they are investigating then 15 minutes later, it just gave me a link to send an email. Sent them an email on Sept. 30th 2011, no reply yet and right now it’s 11:06AM PST on Monday Oct. 3, 2011. Support is very bad and unacceptable. I hope this will get them to reply to my email.
